Get rid of bloating by cutting out soft drinks and foods that cause wind. Sit down to eat and exercise regularly

Most of us have experienced the feeling of bloating when your belly is stretched, swollen and uncomfortable. This often occurs after a bus weekend or after the holiday season. But for some people, bloating is more than just a nuisance at times

If your stomach or abdomen is often swollen, it can be because


 Excess wind

 Constipation

  Swallow air  from talking while eating etc

 Hypersensitivity to non-allergenic foods

 Irritable bowel syndrome

Excess wind

Reduce foods known to cause wind and swelling, such as


 Beans
  Onions
 Cabbage
  Buds
  Cauliflower


But make sure you still eat five servings of fruit and vegetables a day

Constipation


If you suffer from constipation, take steps to prevent this by following a high-fiber diet, drinking plenty of fluids and exercising regularly. Even 20-30 minutes of brisk walking four times a week can help improve your bowel function

Swallow the air


Try not to swallow too much air. Don't talk and eat at the same time

Hypersensitivity to foods

Hypersensitivity to non-allergic foods can lead to bloating in the following cases


 Your intestines are not emptied properly

 Food makes gas confined

 A lot of gas is produced as a reaction to food

The main causes are wheat or gluten and dairy products. The best remedy, if you are hypersensitive to non-allergenic foods, is to eat less or refrain from the food causing it

Keep a food note for a few weeks, recording everything you eat and drink and when you're experiencing severe bloating. But do not get rid of food groups in the long run without consulting your doctor

Irritable bowel syndrome


People with irritable bowel syndrome often complain of bloating, especially in the evening. Bulging caused by irritable bowel syndrome does not appear to be associated with excess wind. It is believed that due to the improper push of contents through the intestine. It can help you reduce fatty or fiber-rich foods. It has also been announced that mint tea or capsules help relieve irritable bowel syndrome
